I had a filling break off last night, and my regular dentist (a few towns away) is closed on Fridays. I wasn't in pain, but I had concerns that leaving my broken tooth unaddressed over the weekend could lead to further damage. I stopped by Dentists of West Seattle at 8:15 this morning, and they took pity on me and were able to fit me in at 9:00 to replace my filling. They did a great job of communicating my insurance coverage rate and my out of pocket costs before doing any work, which I really appreciate. (Nobody likes billing surprises!) I am very happy with the look and feel of my new filling (Thanks, Dr. Lee!), and appreciate their compassion. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Thank you!

When given some tough news about my oral health, the hygienist Yana and Dr. V were both very graceful in their delivery of the news and their subsequent answering of questions. Yana was amazing for the cleaning and I am very happy to have been in the care of such a good team for this.
